氣動三(san)通調節閥有3個(ge)出入口與管道相(xiang)連,相(xiang)當(dang)于兩(liang)臺(tai)單座調節閥合(he)成一體。按作(zuo)用形式分(fen)為三(san)通合(he)流調節閥和(he)三(san)通分(fen)流調節閥兩(liang)種:(以下簡介)
(1)三通(tong)合流(liu)調(diao)節閥有兩(liang)個進口和一個出口,原理(li)是(shi)兩(liang)種流(liu)體(ti)通(tong)過閥加以混合,例如:兩(liang)種不同溫度的(de)流(liu)體(ti)通(tong)過閥門,進而混合溫度介于兩(liang)者之(zhi)間的(de)流(liu)體(ti)。
(2)三(san)通分流調(diao)節閥(fa)(fa)有一(yi)個入口(kou)和兩個出口(kou),原理(li)是是把一(yi)種流體通過閥(fa)(fa)門(men)后分成兩路流體,當閥(fa)(fa)在關閉一(yi)個出口(kou)的同(tong)時(shi)就打開了另(ling)一(yi)個出口(kou)。
(3)三通調(diao)節閥的(de)分流調(diao)節閥工作時(shi),一個(ge)(ge)通路(lu)處全(quan)關,另一個(ge)(ge)通路(lu)在全(quan)開的(de)位置(zhi),關閉(bi)時(shi)受力與單座閥相似。
(4)三通調(diao)節閥(fa)(fa)是由單(dan)、雙座閥(fa)(fa)改型而成,并利用閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin)自(zi)身導向(xiang),更換氣開氣閉時,必須更換執行機構。
(5)由于(yu)小口徑不平衡力小,當(dang)DN≤80時(shi),合流(liu)調節閥可以(yi)用于(yu)分(fen)流(liu)場合。
(6)三通(tong)調節閥(fa)(fa)閥(fa)(fa)芯與(yu)套筒閥(fa)(fa)的套筒一樣,其(qi)節流面積又開打窗口和打小孔(kong)兩種(zhong),后者有降低(di)噪聲、減少(shao)共(gong)振的功能(neng)。
